This project entailed the reconstruction and reconfiguration of an existing 3 flat building and an existing rear coach house. The three flat was redesigned to contain (2) 3 bedroom/ 2 bath units duplexed between the first floor and basement and between the 3rd floor and a 4th floor penthouse. A 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit occupied the second floor. The first floor of the existing masonry and frame coach house was removed and the space converted to provide enclosed parking for 4 cars. The second floor of the coach house was renovated to contain a new 854 sq. ft. unit.
